Custom-made or personalized items may require 5-7 business days​ for processing before shipment. During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, sales events), processing may take 2-5 business days.

  5. Delivery Issues Failed Delivery Attempts: If no one is available to receive the package, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions. You are responsible for rescheduling delivery or collecting the package from the carrier’s facility. Unclaimed packages will be returned to us, and return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.
