Our Return Promise We want you to love what you’ve ordered. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most eligible items within 30 days​ of delivery for a refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please follow these steps: Log in to your account and visit the “Order History” page. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return. Complete the online return request form. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid return shipping instructions via email. Securely pack the item(s) with the original packaging, accessories, and the completed return form. Attach the provided shipping label and drop the package at an authorized carrier location.

Refund Processing Timing:​ Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days​ after we receive and inspect your return at our warehouse. Shipping Costs:​ Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is free for U.S. returns. For international returns, you are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). Method:​ Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. The time it takes for the refund to post to your account depends on your financial institution’s processing time.

Exchanges We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. To expedite the process, we recommend: Placing a new order for the desired item. Initiating a return for the original item using the standard return process.

Non-Returnable Items For health, safety, and custom-made reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Intimate apparel, swimwear, and pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons). Personalized, customized, or monogrammed items. Gift cards and digital downloads. Final sale items, which will be clearly marked as such on the product page.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days​ of delivery at support​ with your order number and photos/video of the product and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and promptly arrange for a replacement, return, or refund, including any return shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email: Check your bank account again. Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you’ve completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support.
